Manage online wealth platform and internet trading portals. Building growth and success in serving private client online.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide assistance to clients in all aspects of client services including account opening, investment advices, client training, and other general inquiries
• Act as is Phatra call center to help answer clients in all aspects of client services
• Assist Investment Advisor to execute orders on stocks, funds, and other products.
• Be part of the team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to build brand awareness
• Responsible for platform helpdesk across segment
• Acquire new clients including contributing constructive ideas to enhance investment tools and features in Phatra Edge to better serve clients’ needs

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• New graduated are welcome
• Preferred if possess Single License or able to acquire one in due course
• Pleasant personality with service-minded and good team player
• Well organize, neat, problem solver, fast learning, interpersonal skill, presentable, out-going, and mature
• Ambitious, energetic, hardworking and able to work under time constraint
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of PC and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)

• Knowledge in online trade / Streaming platform
• Knowledge in Mutual fund / Asset allocation
