Job Summary

Funding and Payment Services Business Analyst is being responsible for supporting the solution design and managing system development including related operational processes, both front office and back office, and interworking with external partners, for deposit product, customer information management (e.g. customer and holding product account profile, subscriptions, contracts, agreements, other information according to regulatory requirement), financial gateway services, payment services, cash management, partner API and corporate customer portal. Initiating and developing new efficient and effective workflow processes in order to create business impact supporting both product selling and customer services area in accordance with operational risk and compliance controls. Improving services, process and customer experience to meet customers’ needs and satisfaction. Coordinating with other departments to translate business strategy into standard business operation in order to achieve company goals and deliver best customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Develop plans to improve workflow and support systems to achieve short term and long term goals and communicate to other related teams
  • Work with other teams and/or customers in order to develop business requirement and use cases for solution development e.g. UI, screens and business processes, etc.
  • Design business process mapping, workflow and other related documents aligned with business requirement as well as balancing with supporting technology
  • Work with System Analyst and related departments e.g. Operation, Risk, Compliance, etc. for impact analysis and gap assessment to ensure completeness of solution development
  • Clarify questions related to functionality requirement and business process raised by development and project team
  • Initiate new idea and be receptive to others’ idea for process improvement and system development
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders on test preparation, user acceptance testing (UAT), production verification testing (PVT), training and go live readiness checking to ensure quality of solution delivery
  • Maintain knowledge of responsible area in banking business including business process, customer and partner requirement and transfer to the development team
  • Act as interface between business users, operation team and information technology team

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analyst, system analyst, application development, business process transformation or project management
  • Experience and knowledge in banking business, financial transaction business including related regulatory and compliance will be advantage 
  • Excellent planning, systematic and conceptual thinking, time management, programmatic problem solving, risk management negotiating, coordinating and initiating skills
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking with proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution
  • Experience in agile software development and design thinking for requirement development will be advantage
  • Effectively interact all levels and also to manage multiple activities, simultaneously, and achieving excellent results
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, open minded and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as business users, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects
