Job Summary

Responsible on managing data to support the retail banking business, customer data, credit analysis, payment data, collection efficiency, individual performance and portfolio reporting. Design and maintains the Credit Analysis and Collection Data mart to ensure that data will always up-to-date with good quality and integrity. Co-operate with the related parties to provide correct information, sharing technology and knowledge. Able to support a dynamic business and to be a center of excellences.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Prepare data generate report and presenting in proper ways.
- Reconcile the outstanding balance, payment, overdue amount and other data to related team for maximize the collection efficiency.
- Provide a correct incentive and commission report with in a time assigned.
- Support the operation strategy, collection strategy and related party.
- Tracking and evaluate an individual/team performances and KPI.
- Maintain database and provide data for collection team, separate in each products, customer classes and each debt categories.
- Knowledge sharing to related party, jobs transfer and jobs rotation.
- Support RCC team to communicate with IT about hardware, software, system, data accesses and services request.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

- Degree or higher in Computer science, Computer engineer, Information technology, Statistics, Mathematics, MBA and related faculty.
- At least 3 years experiences in MIS fields, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Database Design & Development, Data Scientist and banking business.
- Good skill in SAS, SQL, MS/Access, VBA, VB Script, Power BI and etc.

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง

- Experience’s in banking business especially in Collection process, Credit Analysis, Financial and related fields.
- Good knowledge on database management, planning and analysis, business strategy, problem solving skill and can work under pressure.
