Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent souring and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great candidates. The position will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. Be able to attract candidates using various sources with experience in screening, in-dept interviewing and assessing candidates.

The position will be also responsible for Recruitment Marketing to help us promote our company as a great place to work by creating recruitment marketing activities to build strong relationship with potential candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager are to ensure our company attracts and hires the best candidates, while growing a strong talent pipeline and also establish a strong Employer Brand and attract top talents.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements to identify the right candidates for each position
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates and in-dept interview as panel interview with hiring manager
  • Prepare offer package with analyze information to propose to hiring manager and make the offer package to the selected candidate
  • Provide regular status updates on recruitment for open positions
  • Coordinate and implement employer branding activities and recruitment marketing to attract qualified candidates
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates and to enhance employer branding, including social media platforms, networking events and job fair for building a talent network/talent community

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Specialist (Having experience in Banking Industry would be an advantage)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing
  • Able to work under pressure and handle performance targets
  • Well-organized person and able to multi-task to complete projects on time
  • Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment
  • Well organized person with a proactive and positive attitude to coordinate team activities
